Children: The reason Dilworth Rotary Club's Sweet Tea Jubilee exists We all love music, art and food. But those are just the perks. The festival was created to benefit the Levine Children's Hospital and Dilworth Charities.
More than half a million children live in the region surrounding Charlotte. An additional 100,000 are projected by 2015. The Levine Children's Hospital is a public, not-for-profit hospital with the mission to care for children from all walks of life and with every imaginable need. With your help, they will be able to care for the ever-increasing population of children, promote children's healthcare through teaching and research, and make a child's stay in the hospital a better experience.
The Levine Children's Hospital leads the region in offering more than 30 specialized pediatric services including the highest designated level of neonatal intensive care. Their spectacular new state-of-the-art facility allows them to do more than take care of the physical needs of children. They are able to care for emotional needs of children and their families. The facility promotes a positive, healing attitude with larger rooms that encourage parents to stay overnight, playrooms on every floor, outdoor play areas, family space for visiting with loved ones and a business center to allow parents to keep in touch.
The Levine Children's Hospital provides the highest quality of care for our children. » Website
